Hi there! My name is Shalini Lakra and I’m excited to share my background with you. I’ve spent the last 4 years working as a HR Business Partner and I’ve loved every minute of it.
I have a mechanical engineering degree, but my true passion eventually got manifested in HR, which is why I went on to earn my postgraduate degree in the field.
What sets me apart is my unique blend of technical and HR knowledge. I love using data to drive decisions and make an impact in the workplace. And, I believe that great HR starts with great relationships. That’s why I’m such a big fan of collaboration and communication.

- Managed the onboarding process for 20 new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Developed and implemented comprehensive employee induction programs tailored to the Cyber Division.
- Created and maintained a centralized repository for training and certification records related to cybersecurity courses, enhancing accessibility and tracking of employee development.
- Conducted targeted training sessions to address specific needs within the Cyber Division, supporting professional growth and compliance with industry standards.
