Engineer by training. HR by conviction.

Six years as an HR Business Partner across Tata Advanced Systems and Tata Boeing Aerospace — working with engineering, manufacturing, and cybersecurity businesses through periods of rapid scale.

My path into HR started in mechanical engineering, which is why I'm most at home partnering with technical leaders: I speak the language of the people I hire, develop, and retain.

I believe the best HR work is invisible — it shows up as teams that scale without breaking, leaders who make better people decisions, and critical talent that stays.
